1. Booking Inquiries & Confirmation

All bookings submitted through this website are inquiry requests. Reservations are officially confirmed only after manual host communication via WhatsApp, phone, or email.

2. Services & Meal Disclaimer

Shanthala Guest provides room accommodation only. Food, restaurant services, and breakfast are NOT provided on site. Guests are welcome to explore nearby dining options in Anuradhapura.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in time is from 14:00 onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to prior host arrangement and room availability.
